We provide round-the-clock assistance and track the location of our subscribers. Our customer care team is always available to provide immediate help whenever the user contacts us for assistance.

2. What is the minimum age requirement for receiving travel services from IA?

IA's travel services are available to individuals who are 18 years or older, in compliance with international and Indian laws regarding minors and travel. However, if a minor is traveling with a registered subscriber, they can receive our services as a travel companion. Please include the minor's details in the trip information when purchasing IA's subscription.

3. What are the services provided by India Assist Travel to its subscribers?

India Assist Travel provides a range of services to ensure that subscribers can travel within India without stress or worry. These services include on-ground assistance for medical situations, theft or loss, altercations, and transit. Additionally, IA offers information and suggestions to its subscribers. It's important to note that IA's services are limited to the areas of assistance and distress mentioned above, and the company is not responsible for providing assistance in situations that fall outside of these areas.

4. Is it possible to use India Assist Travel's service before arriving in India?

Yes, you can use India Assist Travel's service before you arrive in India by connecting with the company through their mobile application chat feature. This can be accessed through the dashboard on the top left corner of the app under the 'CHAT WITH US' option. While you will be able to avail of your purchased services through the chat, on-call assistance will only be available once you arrive in India.

5. What is the process for creating an account with India Assist?

To create an account with India Assist, you need to click on the 'CREATE NEW ACCOUNT' button and provide a valid email address and phone number. You will also be required to create a password and enter your personal details to complete the registration process. After this, India Assist will send you an email with an OTP to confirm your account registration. Once you use the OTP to log in, you will be able to use the application. Alternatively, you can sign up using your Google or Facebook account by clicking on the corresponding button within the app.

6. What is the process for logging into an India Assist account?

To log in to your India Assist account, click on the 'LOGIN' button and enter the email ID and password associated with your registered account. Alternatively, you can also log in using your Google or Facebook account by clicking on the corresponding buttons on the same page.

7. What is the cost of subscribing to the IA Travel service?

The IA Travel service is a chargeable service and costs $9.99 per day per person, which includes applicable government taxes. Any additional charges incurred due to services requested and purchased by the subscriber will be charged on actuals and the subscriber will be informed of the extra charges by the Customer Care Team while making the purchases. It is important to note that all assistance provided to the user will primarily be through telephone and, in certain cases, through on-ground support as well. However, on-ground support assistance is currently limited to the capital city, New Delhi. If there are any extensions in on-ground support assistance to new cities, they will be explicitly notified on the IA app.

8. If I do not have an Indian SIM, will my services work?

Yes, even if you do not have an Indian SIM, your service will be actively provided you have access to active roaming phone & internet (only 3G or 4G) services on your mobile number. If and once you acquire a local Indian SIM, kindly update the same on your ‘PROFILE’ in the dashboard on the top left corner of the home screen of the IA app. rephrase the question and answer separately

9. When will my IA Travel services be activated?

Your IA services will be activated upon arrival to India, as per the dates provided to us by you while planning your trip. You can view the same by accessing ‘UPCOMING TRIPS’ in the ‘MY ASSISTANCE’ option provided in the dashboard on the top left corner of the home screen.

10. How can I cancel my trip or purchase assistance?

To cancel a trip or any purchased assistance, you need to get in touch with our customer care team by sending an email to Our team will process your request within 24 hours and provide you with information on the cancellation procedure. Any refunds that you are eligible for as per our Terms & Conditions will be credited to you within 10-15 business days.

11. Is there a charge for canceling a trip? What is the policy for refunds in case of cancellations?

You will not be charged any cancellation fees if you cancel your trip or purchase services at least 48 hours before your scheduled travel date to India. In such cases, a full refund will be applicable. However, no refund will be provided in case of a no-show or cancellation made within 48 hours of your travel date to India. For cancellations made prior to 48 hours from the subscription start date, 100% refund will be provided. If you cancel your trip mid-way, you may be eligible for a refund for the remainder of the trip based on certain instances. Our refund policy is subject to our Terms & Conditions.

12. What do I do if my account is suspended?
